This is a dry, clean saké with gentle yet elegant nose and hints of spices, and a delicately flavoured palate followed by a clean finish. This saké goes well with sushi and sashimi, but is also perfect for pairing with Western and East-Asian dishes and even grilled food.

如同清流之名,有着漂亮的透明感与轻盈度。
是将山形县原产酒造好适米(出羽灿灿)精米至50%所酿造而成的纯米大吟酿。酒精浓度设定为较低的14%,所以有着轻快的口感。香气与酸度如同年轻清爽的果实感,入喉轻盈柔顺回甘。
Named after its lightness and transparency. Made with Yamagata Prefecture original sake rice Dewasansan, milled so that only 50% of the grain remains, and with less alcohol than standard sake at 14%, the palate is light, fruity and vivacious with a slight hint of acidity, followed by a gentle smooth finish.
