Our policy is valid for a period of 10 calendar days from the date of the purchase and applicable only in the following situations:
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase such as the item/product received is defective or not as described, or
- If you do not receive your item/ product within 10 days of purchase.
To eligible for a refund under item(a) above, the following criteria must be met:
- Item/Product must be in the original packaging (for New condition item);
- Item/Product must be unused (for New condition item); and
- Item/Product must not be damaged after you inspect
Returned item/ product will be inspected by respective “Seller”. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.
Return and Refund process
To complete your refund, you need to open a case and request a refund in the order details.
All Returns can be mail to “Seller” Return Address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item/ product. We will not refund the shipping costs. If you received a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. You must ensure that the returning items/ product is properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it; we retain the right to either refuse delivery of such return or refuse a refund.
